I took a hiatus from art* because my drive was absolutely dead. In fact, it's been dead for over a month, I just misinterpreted the symptoms until it was too late. in an attempt to make myself feel better, I started replaying Ocarina of Time (Japanese version) because I felt like it would be kinda like chicken soup for my shattered brain. And it has been! Suddenly all I can think of is little wolf pup OoT Link, and a genuine desire to draw has returned.
*I'm still technically on it, I'm not spending my "free" time in the evenings doing art after work now, but I have found there are small pockets of time in my day where it's either Do Art or Do Nothing, so things are still happening, but not out of force, which I think is still healthy/okay.

As always, this still isn't exactly what I see in my head for him, but I'll get there eventually, I think.

I'm putting this up as "digital", but it was drawn on paper with pencil, scanned, and colored in Photoshop.
