My childhood, it is not yet complete
I'll just have to wait, my mom said when we move to a place that has a backyard she'll let me get a wolf hybrid puppy from one of her friends

I'm not sure how much percentage wolf they are but my mom had said shes been breeding them for years, I can't imagine them being too much since I don't think my mom would ever agree to getting one that could potentially cause problems later on.

Well, alright, if you do the research you should be okay -- I just know that a lot of times, people who adopt/buy wolf-dog hybrids usually have to surrender them to shelters in the end. They are a lot more trouble than people tend to think -- but that's because they don't research it at all.
My dad has a cat that is good at fetch, too, actually. xD

I don't think I'd ever get a pet without knowing what I'm getting myself into before getting it, when I had first got my rats I looked around sites and read things to make sure I knew how to take care of them and such. The other thing is I think I need to get a special type of license or something like it since I live in California and I'm not sure if your able to just own one unless you've done the paperwork for it.

Ah, well, actually, we're adopting all the kitties out. Every time we get a batch, we do not keep them for the whole.

But one thing my friend told me, which is a good point, is that every kitten or puppy born and given away makes a home unavailable for a kitten or puppy, or cat or dog, in a shelter already, and those animals, even if they are perfect pets, are at the risk of being put to sleep.
My friend is a bit more harsh with that idea though, he says blatantly, "For every new kitten or puppy born, an animal in a shelter dies to make room."
...And that really bothered me, I mean, I already spay/neuter IMMEDIATELY when I get a pet, but now I also suggest it to everyone else, so, I just had to suggest it, you know. x3 Because my friend would have suggested it, too.
It is AMAZING of you to offer to pay for spay/neuter, though, that is so awesome of you that I want to hug you. x3

Hmm... your friend is definitely extreme on the subject, it seems. I don't see a problem with adopting.
Unless your point is to spay/neuter them. I mean, I would object if he said something along the lines of 'adopting out pets is wrong,' I just want to make sure I'm getting you. :3
Personally, I don't believe that. I can't comment much against his, philosophy, but I mean, if someone can handle more than one pet, I'd believe it's good.
You know, I'd adopt from a shelter, but I'm only 15. xD I'll at least see if I can help a nearby shelter when I'm older.

Oh, what he means is, if you don't spay/neuter, and your animal has babies, and you give those animals away, it takes a home away from an animal in a shelter. Even if the family have have more than one animal, if someone else's pet did not have a baby, then that family could have adopted TWO animals from a shelter.
But he is very sensitive on this subject because he works at a shelter -- and his job is to put animals who are there for too long to sleep... And it makes him sad, because there is nothing wrong with the animals he has to kill -- they are perfect pets, but there are just not enough homes for them.
So...he's kinda passionate about spay/neuter. xD
