Today is EIGHT DAY! 8.8.08! XDSo here are Squall and Rinoa from Final Fantasy VIII!
Your Eight Day festivities should include but are not limited to the following:
Giving hugs
Eating hot dogs
Riding trains (singing about it optional)
Using the word "Booyakah"
Awkward ballroom dancing
Getting in "twouble"

Well, the same for me.. haha, I've never even played Final Fantasy VII which every FF fan must do.
I don't know why I don't beat it, I've just beated the first disc, but it wasn't enjoyable as VI, don't get me wrong, but I gotta say that VI's better then VII, and then I mean story. But I still like VII though

Oh I'm sure it is -- Between you and I, I don't really understand why VII is so much more well-liked than VIII and IX (my personal favorite!), because it's...well...very...rough-draft...like. XD Sooooo many typos, and uncomfortable gameplay. X3 But then again, I played it 10 years later than the rest of the world, so...Maybe I just missed it. XD
IX is my favorite, but I'm also partial to IV...and VIII is the last one I played -- it was so sweet!!

Well if your partial to IV then you should really try V or VI, V has never been released here in US and Europe, but there's still an english translation patch for it, or you can buy the game for your GBA which is also in english. Well V may not be as good as IX, VIII, VII, VI and IV, but it's still a fun game which you should really play. IX is also one of my favorit FF games (after V). When playing VI there will be this Opera scene in the game, when you watch it you'll see why VI is awesome

Oh I have heard of the opera scene, it sounds so amazing, which is why I want to play it. :3
My friend was playing V on her GBA, she seemed to like it a lot. I plan on playing all of them, but right now I'm kinda backlogged in the gaming department.
I think that V is also available for the PS1, but I'd rather play it on the GBA. Portability ftw. XD but that was how I first played IV, it was packaged with Chrono Trigger (but I didn't play that one yet. >< I heard the load times were awful, so I managed to be lucky enough to snag a copy of it on the SNES at a flea market for $5). IV is so fun, it was the first one I played, and I was instantly in love with the series. I thought, "Ah, now I get why these games are so popular. The characters feel so alive, somehow!"

Yea I remember that the game was released with chrono trigger, Indeed that the portable is awesome, but the sounds not really like the ones from SNES which sound quite better then the GBA, but V on GBA has better music quality then the SNES version, but the opera scene on VI GBA sounds way more origial then the SNES version, and by original I mean that the one who sings "Celes" really sings with a beutiful voice, while they put 16-bit sounds as her voice in the SNES version which suckz balls.. Don't forget about the villain, Kefka. I've gotta say that he's the awesomest bad guy that has ever been created!!!

Yea Indeed that's a reason why I love VI, because it has SPLENDID STORY, A SPLENDID VILLAIN, AND A FEMALE PROTAGONIST, and there's two worlds (the orginal and the ruined) which makes the game longer

Yeah. And to be honest, I didn't think I would like it, myself, because it seemed too serious. But it had a total FF feel to it, and I love it.
IX is still my favorite, though. ^^
