The name was chosen last minute, so I might change it later. :^);;;
(he's named after this song because I'm Mejibray trash)

Hair tuft can be drawn however as long as it's kinda spiky and his eyebrows are dots :3

- really nervous about dancing at first, but with a little encouragement he cannot be stopped once he starts ! >:3

- red rings glow under black light

- will crack a bad joke or terrible pun at any given moment please don't hit him
