Another day for me in Clarose-Island 's Christmas Advent Calendar 2018Today is a FLAT SALE RAFFLE for 150 or 1.50 USD
This is a raffle, it is not "first come, first served"but it is still a flatsale! You enter by replying to the "enter here" comment. You can only enter if you have the funds needed to enter (150 points or 1.50 USD). When 24 hours have passed the raffle will close and I will roll the winner and whoever I roll has to pay the price to win fully.

I think cause you joined after the raffle instead of before like the rules stated, your entry didn't count and the raffle was rerolled.

It has closed already. I'll explain in detail what happened.
The rules state that you need to be a member of the group, but you entered the raffle without joining the group
You were given a number, and so were the other entrees. Raffle is then closed for participation and numbers are rolled
Your number (7) was rolled by our RNG, but you didn't join the group. When an entree doesn't abide by the rules, we roll again to draw another entree's number. Number drawn was 4, Tamashii-CS's number. Since she did follow all rules, she won the raffle and will pay for the character, which is hers now
Even though you did join the group afterwards, the raffle was already closed and an eligible winner had been drawn by the RNG. We do not double check if rules have been met before rolling (this is up to the entree themselves) and thus can't reroll in the way you were thinking we had nor give you a new number; that would be unfair to the eligible winner tgat got sorted out and followed the rules
The character she's offering you is one of hers, that's why they have an owner. But she's apparently willing to part with them and give them to you so you have a character despite not winning the raffle 
I believe I've clarified the situation and have answered all your doubts but please let me know if you're still confused about it ^^
