Theres only an office 14 folder in mine and it doesnt have any programs

Try this.
in any shortcuts you have some office program, you right click and selects properties.
And open the folder that says "Start in", so you see there are exe files.

there is nothing there, and for the target it says Microsoft office professional plus 2010, and its whited out so i cant click on it...
