Meet Vanilla! I love her so much. This is just a sort of prototype design and I think I will be changing things later!Her cape and wand contains magic. It flows out of the bottom and openings of the cape while shining bright on the star of the wand. It also glows on the beads on her hair bows. She can use all types of magic!
(It feels really good to do this style again. I don't feel comfortable outside of cell shading and I don't like how it looks as much :/ Oh well!)
Update: Changed some colors slightly, added a small BG and added blonde to her hair

Yeah I might try adding that!! I thought about it when I was coloring but I was feeling lazy. Maybe I'll try doodling her with blonde in her hair. Thanks so much!!
