+ Gentle; Rylan, regardless of his quietness, is actually a very soft-natured boy. He very rarely raises his voice, and will always volunteer to lend an ear to someone in need of a good venting.
+ Optimistic; Despite his own insecurities, Rylan is actually rather positive. He always tries to see the brighter side of things and holds a high amount of belief in his peers.
+ Steadfast; He might not believe in himself much, but that doesn't stop Rylan from trying his hardest at everything he does. Even if it means training himself for days on end, he'll do his utmost best to fulfill anything he's tasked with.

- Insecure; Rylan doesn't really have much confidence in himself, even when he's told reasons to feel otherwise.
- Clingy; Due to the loss of his parents, Rylan can be somewhat clingy to those who break past his introverted shell. He craves companionship, he just... doesn't recognize when to step back sometimes.
- Very shy; It'll take time to really get Rylan to open up. He's tries to be friendly wherever he can, but deep down his heart is probably pounding a mile a minute from nervousness the entire time.

Bio:

Like many Cubone, Rylan lost his parents at a very young age. His mother - a Zoroark - was taken by an illness, while his father - an Alolan Marowak - was killed by a poacher. He stayed with them for as long as he possibly could, until a Rocket Recruiter approached with an offer of a new home and, most importantly, a way to continue being with his parents.

Out of pure loneliness, Rylan accepted, and was taken back to the hideout in the Sinnoh region - a land far different from his birthplace of Alola. The bodies of his parents were taken into a strange room, and when they were brought back, what he was given was the top half of his mother's skull, as well as the bead from her mane safely attached to the shaft of the bone his father used as a weapon. To anyone else it would be a morbid gift, but Rylan was grateful to the point of tears. He never goes without either of them, donning the skull as a protective helmet and keeping the bone wrapped in his tail.
