Reiji is an adult fusion that was created in one of Team Rocket's various locations. He was brought to Team rocket when he was just a normal houndour egg. When he had hatched he was raised to be a tough pokemon, throughout his early life he undergo many experiments that resulted in his current Houndour/Charmander state. During his early years of experiments there were a few mishaps that resulted in his inability to properly speak. This inability to speak properly isn’t much of an issue for him given that he wouldn’t speak to others unless it was necessary when he was still able to speak. After everything experiment wise was complete he was given time to adjust and adapt to the changes in his body. Once well enough he and a few other pokemon were transferred to the hideout and other locations do to an influx of recruits where they had resided previously.
