Kaze was an experiment that originally was created by a different organization. He spent years being tested on until they had successfully turned him into a fusion. During a severe snow storm kaze escaped and left the organization not wanting to be tested on any longer. Though unfortunately his new found freedom didn't last long, he was once again he was captured buy this time by another organization team rocket. He didn't bother fighting back knowing there was no point and became a member of team rocket. One day he hopes to be able to get stronger so that he can defend himself in fights and win them.
