Techno was a relatively happy pokemon who spent his time traveling the world with his trainer. He was raised by his trainer since he was just an egg so he never got to know his parents. All he was aware of his that his mother was a raichu and his father was an unknown water pokemon. None of that mattered to him though, as long as he had his trainer he was happy. Unfortunately after a year after he finally evolved he suddenly found himself all alone. He spend a few years trying to figure out what he should do, now that he no longer had his trainer. One faithful day Techno had witnessed team rocket members in action and finally realized what he wanted to do. He voluntarily joined team rocket and happily does the grunt work, though he does hope that one day he'll be able to rise in ranks and carry out important tasks.
