History: Techno was a happy pokemon he had a trainer but got separated from her in the woods techno was forced to take shelter in a hollow tree for the night when he was approached by a small group of pokemon they offered to let him stay at there hideout for the night but when they got there one of them pinned techno down and knocked him out when techno woke up he was in some tube filled with a blue looking liquid when they took techno out he did not remember anything except a faint memory of his trainer who he still wishes to find but keeps to himself the experiments they did on him when he was Unconscious is what made him part water type .
