So much lovely detail! I like the rather nice mix between a linear and painterly style for how you colored this one.
The only constructive criticism I would like to give is that I wish the background, more specifically, behind the upper half of her body was darker. So something more like a gradient in the tonal values for the background. I don't think making it a little darker would have detracted the attention/idea of the girl being the focal point. It would have made a nice dark, in contrast to the lighter/fair skin tones. That's just my opinion though. Even without applying that, this picture is stunning for giving the illusion of a three-dimensional-like effect
Just the way she stands out in the picture was a clever way to make me feel a sense of priority in her attention, giving a rather interesting allusion to the "regal" feel of her, as mentioned in the title over some of the more cliche things like using a vibrant gold color, crown, composition where she is higher than pretty much anything else in the background, etc. This alone, sort of makes me feel tempted to try to digitally paint people again.

I think the background originally did have a gradient tone, but I toned it down because of the way I rendered the figure. I started out in grayscale instead of straight color, you see, so I had a lot of trouble coming up with a background in the first place. This background is my 6th try. XD; The background layer is at 50% opacity-ish right now because when I set it slightly darker, while it didn't take away from the figure, the color was too close to that of her dress which forced the dress and background to be viewed as one entity, taking away from the step-out-of-the-page feel. While the girl would have still been the focal point, she wouldn't feel as 3D as she would here.
Originally, I had planned for this picture to be much taller, that way I could paint some nightsky starscape above her, but my computer couldn't handle the size of that resolution so the idea was dropped.
