Both are correct actually. Because translations are so weird among languages it's just one of those berenstein or berenstain type of deals. For instance; Tsar is incorrect to some people who believe it should be Czar. While Czar resembles the name Caesar (Ruler the word derives from), some Russian translations have turned it into Tsar.

Well, for real, as a russian myself, I have to say, that I've never heard Tsarina, and i've never encountered it in texts. TsarEvna - yeah, we have that one. But Tsarina? I'm anly talking about pronunciation. Czar\Tsar would sound the same in russian.
