Description
For those who might be confused as to how I keep swapping between characters, it all started with me wanting to use more iray and G2F (the VG on the right) did not have any native iray skin. So I decided to find a model I could use for iray renders, so came the G8F version of VG on the left. While I have fairly standardised the G2F VG's look, I am more experimental with the G8F VG's look.

So yes, despite the fact they do not look even remotely alike, they are meant to represent the character, Victory Girl. However... (Yes, there's a however), there's two universes I follow. While the basic personality traits of both VG and the Fixer are the same in both universes, there are differences in the stories and the rules that I apply to the universe.

The DAVerse
I started calling it so because I wanted them to interact with other artists' OCs here on DA. Most of their crossovers and general interactions take place in this space. Since I like writing humour, these stories are usually humorous (I hope!) and barring a story or two, are generally not 'serious' (the exception, off the top of my head, being the #heartlandquake2020 stories which had serious implications). They follow the general rules of comicsuperhero-ing as per regular comics on their own peculiar terms

The VictoryVerse
On the other hand, shortly after all the positive feedback following The Session and the 'Christmas Specials', I was stuck with the possibility of doing more VG and TF stories. At that point, they had literally 1 line bios and one 'previous meeting'. The thought of expanding that was a bit intimidating, so I decided to work with what I'm most familiar with, a sci-fi action setting. From there, I began to build a world where I could explore additional stories. All my ongoing stories take place within this universe, with the prequels building up the world to the 'present time', of which, The Session is the starting point.

In this universe, VG and TF current status is largely adversarial and they are engaged in a game of cat and mouse with each other. While they roughly fulfil the roles of superhero and villain (I don't call him a supervillain because he doesn't have any superpowers), they are much closer to protagonist and antagonist. At the end of the day, the VictoryVerse is less about superheroes and supervillains, and is closer to a scifi-themed world where some part of the population has powers, who are called Evolved.

Why do I mention this all over again? Well, because today's part of A Meeting of Minds (which will be up shortly) takes us firmly in the direction of the unknown.
