That's my second favourite APH family and I love to think they stayed together the whole Spanish colonial time, so Belgium could be the mother of the Spanish American countries too.

Β I love writing Romano as a big brother to Chile, too.

"So you-eh finally got-a what you wanted, eh little sister." A familiar Italian voice said, Copi turned around to see her big brother, Romano standing there. Romano and Seychelles still lived in Spain's house, even though they were married. Copi had become more attached to her brother, which at this point was more like a best friend to her. She went over to him and hugged him saying "yeah, Roma. I did. I get to meet Mattie's mom."

"Im-a so happy for ya, Copi." Romano said, no matter what Copi did, there was her big brother. Romano and Seychelles, well mainly Romano were always by Copi's side all that time that Mattie wasn't around. Both could tell she longed to see him again, and that she was in love with him even if he wasn't there. She squeezed him in harder grasp "thank you so much, Roma." She said. Romano normally didn't like to be hugged, but he made the exception of his sister. He hugged her back. "Eh, it's-a not a problem, eh. You're-a my little sister, it's-a my-a job to take care of you, eh. The Canadian...." He paused for a while, and remembered that one big lecture she gave him. Then he said "Is-a your amore, eh? Isn't he?"

"Si, hermanito. AdemΓ‘s que yo lo echo caleta de menos, po." Copihue said in Chilean slang, putting her head down. By then, she had mixed feelings about her friendship with Mattie, she wanted it to become something more, she wished that they could have grown up together and that they didn't get separated, and she knew that she loved him so much. She said "I miss him so much, Romano."

"I-a know you do, Copi." Romano said, putting his hands on his sister's face, lifting it a bit so she was looking at him. "I-a will always be there for you if-a you need it, Copi. No matter what-a you decide-a to do, wherever you decide-a to go, and whoever you decide-a to be with, unless it's a potato bastard. I'm-a okay with it." Romano saidΒ

"Thank you so much, Romano. Hey, do you want to go visit my homeland with me?"Β

Thats part of a FanFiction I'm writing based on Canada and Chile's relationship. XDΒ

I know it is. I love writing him as a big brother figure.

I believe he can be a great big brother to Feli and Seborga, they just make it so hard for him to do so. It's the same for me. I'm the oldest of three kids too, and I love my siblings so much (they think I don't but I actually do). I think he was bluffing in his first appearance when Feli introduced him to Germany, and it really hurt him when Feli called him a "d***". I'd be sad if that happens to me and my sister (or brother). He just kept it in until the moustache incident, and that was when he couldn't take it anymore and started crying.... All Feli was talking about was Germany, and that made Lovi blow the roof off his house literally.

I think he would have gone either to Spain's house (not Spamano, I think of them as father and son) or to Chile's house , or to Sey's house (I ship RomaSey), or to Mattie's house (I think Canada, Romano, Chile, and Seychelles could be best friends)

If it's from the countries' context, I believe it's more than a complicate relation between them. But if we just consider Romano as his human form, Lovino, I agree with you. He sure wanted to be a good example for his brother and tried in his own way. Although sometimes his efforts may not bring good results, there is no doubt about his love for Feliciano as a big brother.Β

I also believe that Spain and Romano are more like father and son. It would be nice to see Canada, Romano, Chile and Seychelles being good friends.

You're in luck, I have 2 two stories about them being friends.

yeah, I think those three have been on a rocky road (wether you're talking about the country or the human version). I don't blame him, I have a sister who has the opposite personality as me. I mean she could be the oldest and I could be the youngest, she isn't comparable with Feliciano though, and I'm trying my best to be the best big sister to her as I possibly can. We have our share of fights, but I still love her so much, she just can't see it. I think it's the same thing with Lovino (south Italy) and his little brothers. We both love our siblings in our own way, and I used to have a great relationship with my brother, and someone had to ruin it. We are good now, I think. He still bugs me a lot, but eh what can you do. That's what they're there for. You gotta LOVE'em. Sorry about that, it just feels like I've known Lovino forever. That's how much I have in common with him. Lovi has a great relationship with his adopted siblings. All, but one of his 16 adopted siblings had a hard time getting used to him (I don't know if the Latin American colonies are considered Romano's siblings or not? but I know they were Spain's kids too), and that one out of the 16 is his favourite little sister, I can tell you right off the bat. She's the most precious thing he's got (next to his bio brothers, tomatoes and you get it right?) he watched all 16 of them grow up, but he spent most of the time with her, she was actually the maid of honour of the RomaSey Wedding (even though she wasn't old enough), and he walked her down the isle when she got married to Mattie. They tell each other everything, in fact he was the first one to find out she was hitched with Chago (her first son)... You're going to have to read the stories to see more of the relationship I'm telling you about. Β
