It could be that it simply refuses to breed in captivity, especially what with the gender ratio there; that's my personal headcanon for Pokemon that you can't breed in the daycare

Part of me thought it was going to be a fake Eeveelution when I saw the thumbnail. Once I clicked it I was very pleasantly surprised it was not. This is a great design, and it's very strong in a lot of ways!!
