There could be a third evolution like with Tyrogue where both attack and speed are balanced. The evolution could be Steel/Bug type.

Quick thing, both the evolutions say Attack < Speed for the evolution condition. They are great designs btw

I think this one is really cool, but what's it based off? The other evolution was very clearly a monorail/train, but what is this one's concept?
