Mega Ledian: My absolute favourite of this batch. If I had the power to make one Mega real, this would be the one. I've always had a soft spot for Ledian and it's lacklustre treatment, and this Mega fulfills all of my expectations. The design is incredibly slick and really showcases it's speed and power, and it brings to mind for me the Super Sentai/Kamen Rider armours. I've checked out your projected stats for it on your instagram, and giving it the Mega Beedrill treatment is justified. Giving it the Fighting type and Iron Fist ability also adds to it's excellence, and I personally would add a new Bug-type punching move "Elytron Cross" or something to truly bring out Mega Ledian's full potential. Awesome stuff. Well Done.
Mega Masquerain: Second Favourite overall, the return to Bug/Water is great as it is such an under-utilized typing, and the ability of Lightningrod improves both it's defensive and offensive potential. The water globes off the wings, antennae, and eyelashes are a big draw for me, and the wing designs are gorgeous.
Mega Buttefree: The cutest of the batch for me, with its little rain cape, the more "bubbly" wings, and the color fringes for the wings and antennae creating a very adorable bug. The Psychic typing will serve it well, and the original ability for it is interesting and realistic. I could honestly think of several pokemon who could get Magical wing in the games as a real ability
Mega Kricketune: Kricketune has never been one of my favourite pokemon, but the evolution into a conductor is a nice step. The original ability you designed is once again something I could see in the real game, but likely restricted to Megas only.

Damn, those are all amazing. The extra effort you put in with the shinies really is outstanding. The things I would do for that Mega Ledian and Mega Masquerain though. Such cool movesets they could have and Butterfree becoming Bug/Psychic would really make it stand out. Also dee-lee-lee-lee-whoop intensifies. If I had to guess what Magical Wing does, it would give priority to Psychic-type moves, while Bug Symphony could be like Primarina's Liquid Voice, where sound-based moves would change type, in this case Bug-type. Now if only we could have all these in the games. Take notes Gamefreak, take notes.

It no big deal. There's +800 of these little guys now, no one could remember every detail about all of them. I used to always forget that Steel was weak to Ground, and I still forget which Pokemon have Levitate.

i typically forget that shelmet was a pure bug type unless i'm using one because due to it's weird evolution method with karablast i keep thinking it's bug/steel

I'm not of the ones that would like to give mega evolutions to bug type pokΓ©mon like this but these mega evolutions are wonderful, specially the Mega Masquerain, it's design is awesome!
