Okay, so, this is an example of a full realistic digital painting commission, ladies and gentlemen. I realize that I have few examples of this style. I am, obviously, taking commissions for it, but it's pricey compared to stylized, since I hate doing it. It's a pain in the ass.That said.
This is a commission for a player on FP of her shiba inu, Nehi, who recently passed away. She was an adorable dog, from the photos I've seen. X3 I was asked to draw her seated with this facial expression, wearing a brown western-style bandana.
There are things I'd have done different already, just looking at it now. But eh. I'm fairly satisfied. This was a hard pose for me; I have problems with sitting things, sadly. >_>
Done on Adobe Photoshop CS. Clocked at 8-9 hours.

This is the sexiest beast I've seen in ages. The eyes aren't demonix. They're hawt. I already told you I claim the cheek fur and the ears. But lemme claim that sexy nose and muzzle, and the eyes, as well. ;D

Each art piece you submit gets better and better! This is the most gorgeous dog! This is just plain easy on the eyes. Speaking of eyes, his are in perfect contrast to the background and bandana. You have excellent color coordination

I'm so sorry, but your little leaving out of the 'n' in 'pain' made me pronounce it 'pie', which greatly reduced the effect of your gorgeous work of art since I was choking on my laughter.
But, now that that's over! Beautiful work. I really love the stroke direction of the fur, it looks so...thin and soft and stringy on those chest poofs(not stringy, but a different word that's better) and perfect! Great pose too and that expression is priceless.
