I think it goes without saying. many of us need to pull ourselves away from the distractions of the modern day technologies in order to balance our emotional aura. there are far too many things keeping our minds constantly engaged and running like an engine. but even engines need maintenance once in awhile.it's good to slow down, find a spot in nature, and rest the mind along with the body. allow yourself to just be one with the earth.
