This dreamcatcher is made with a wooden ring, wool yarn, linen thread, rustic beads and feathers. It also features a troll cross pendant that has been sculpted by me, moulded and then cast in resin (plastic). I have painted it with acrylic paints and coated it with a protective layer of clear varnish. The fake moss have also been painted and added by hand.
A troll cross is according to old Scandinavian folklore a powerful protection symbol to keep away all kinds of magical evil beings that might be lurking in the forest.
This symbol work not only as personal protection but can also be used to protect animals and buildings - by carving the symbol above the front door for example.
