I love how the blue tone still holds in the eye despite the dark coloring of the piece in general.

I took a picture of an eye, used the clone tool to erase the pupil, used the burn tool to turn the skin black and then blended the sign into the eye

I've been wondering how to change the pupil. I kept trying the healing brush but it always turned out into a blob of nothing. I really like this pic! Oh wow... did we use the same stock
