This is amazing! Is that your damask font in the background?

Thanks so much I am glad you asked about the background, but no, it's not damask dings, it is actually made from LT Sweet Nothings. I used a scroll character (the shape is shown at various angles in the fonts A, a, D and d letters) and mirrored it to create the seamless scroll.
I always use my fonts to make stuff like this. It just feels more "authentic"

Right now the only thing that's bugging me is how to make a "sticky" post? lol. I want the welcome post that is there now to stay at the top and all the other entries go below. Is there a way to do that in blogger?

The best way that I know of, would be done by using a widget, versus an actual blog entry. To make this simple for those who may have wanted to do this, I made it possible to add a widget aboce the blog posts in your template.
From the blogger dash > Design > page elements section, you will see "add a wiget" above Blog posts. Add a text/HTML widget, and use this to feature your 'sticky post.'
It i a relatively unstyled widget so that styling it would be (hopefully) easier.
That is the best/only real way to do this on blogger that I know of. Again, if you need any help or have any more questions let me know. I hope this works for you.
