This is exactly the first thing that came to my mind after reading ADWD! I mean, I can see Jon being surprised but proud of her for what happened with the stable boy and the guard at Harrenhal but after what happened in ADWD, I think Arya had gone to the point where if she ever hears Jon's voice, instead of running to him immediately, she would freeze, panic and probably run away before he can see her.ย

I speculate that Jon is actually Lady Lyanna's son via Raegar not Eddard's via a fisherwoman, the characters would then be cousins not brother and sister and both seem to be fated for something important in the plot so perhaps fangirls your vision might indeed come to pass...

Yeah, I have the same theory about Rhaegar and Lyanna but in my opinion Jon and Arya have grown as brothers and even if they're cousins I think they'd call each other brother and sister anyway (:

Indeed, they were always the closet of the bunch. After all Arya was mainly trying to get to the Wall before Braavos and Jon sacrificed more to try and help th egirls he thought was Arya than he did for any of the other Starks(which is not to say he didn't care about them)

I freak out thinking about how little Arya is, and she's noble, you know, a Stark from Winterfell, and anyway she's going through some serious sh*t!
Jon would take good care of her

Yeah I know how you feel ;_; sometimes I think about how young is Arya and all the things she has to fight to survive.. she deserves a peaceful time with her brother!

I know how you feel! This is the only thing I ask Martin to write ;__; we deserve a little bit of happiness after all the hard moments and Arya and Jon deserve it too T_T
