Lose the second pair of legs and tail and it would to me look better.

OK you're honest but if I do that it will look like DNAlien and I didn't design him like that.

The only way it would resemble a DNAlien is that he only has one eye. But you dont have to change the picture but in my story he might have only two legs unless the centar look has to deal with his powers or if I can think on some way to use it for the story as well.
