Part of my graduation day bouquet. Now very dry, but still lots of it is very nice.A bit edited with colors and contrast. And a frame.

Thanks for sharing. I actually adore this shot and its exactly what I was looking for when I said spectacular plant images. It's refreshing to see something different done with floral photography. Lovely camera angle.
It's and interesting effect you have going on where each of the buds is much more clear than the stems of the bouquet although in varying degrees of sharpness spiraling out around the shot. Usually it would bug me, but because of the title it absolutely works wonderfully.
the slight contrast and color work you did works well and makes the shot slightly more vibrant which is neat for something so neutrally shaded.
[ What kind of flowers are those by the way?, at first they looked like many cotton blossoms. I can't figure it out for the life of me :] ]
In more literary terms its a nice shot because it is your graduation bouquet which is now withered and long gone, but still vibrant and exciting. [ I bet you can remember the way it looked before it withered still? ] The theme, "explosion", is wonderfully because graduation is an explosion of emotion and change into a world you only though you knew before it happened. A creative and knowledgeable ride exploding with emotion. <3
