GEV from the Ogre cybertank universe. Done in Blender with post production in Photoshop.
Blasted "inked sketch" Blender texture is quite cantankerous and pernickety. I had to do the render three times with three different lighting levels, then in Photoshop use the best light level for each section. And draw some edge lines manually.
