This pic except ´s OC Amadalia Moonsong has absolutely nothing to do with Bleach Universe.
Every hot momma needs her guardians. Amadalia is a pretty strong one herself with a huge gun ready to make a few extra holes in any bastard approachin´ .... but there are still days when you need partners in crime...
Dear Ami I give you three protectors:
Daniel - the long range RPG shooter with short temper
Jacob - handgun prodigy who is willing to die for his boss
and finaly
Samual - gun hater psycho fighting with his fists and Baby (baseball bat) only
WARNING: Ama itself is a pretty badass person. Don´t under any circumstances piss her off or you´ll end up dead...and you would be happy ending like that.
(I am pretty sure you know the circumstances of these three guys as I told you some hints already)

Ah, this may have nothing to do with bleach but I love it! Amadalia Moonsong is one of my favorite OC's and she looks pretty kick ass 
And my favorite out of the three guys is the red head. His expression is just awesome....plus, he's red headed just like Renji

I think it's mainly the hairstyles i love sooo much seeing as how i tend to suck really bad when it comes to thinking of them. I think my favorite has to be the one with the white hair because i kind of like the bandanna segmenting the hair it makes me think of Bardock a little bit.
