Appearance: She looks quite young. She had long crimson hair but cut it after gaining the position of Captain, leaving two long braids (one thicker than the other)as a memory of her past life. She also wears the black rubber "kenseikan" as a tribute to the previous captain Kuchiki Byakuya. She has black line marks under her eyes going vertical down her cheeks. It´s kind of a sign she shares with her twin brother Hyperion. She wears a long black sleeve on the right arm helping her to maneuver with the sword easier. While the left arm is covered by armor made of a special titanium blend so it isn't heavy but still tough. The upper part of the armor consist of three parts. The lower parts are simple armor, but the upper one is a kind of arm bracelet that holds the captain haori. She never wears the captains haori not even to captain meetings. She doesn't wear basic shihaksho or hakama either as the other members of the Gotei 13 do. Instead she wears a tight swimsuit like black dress with a collar going up to her neck. There is a place going from under her belly button up to her breasts that is almost naked only a thin fabric with a pattern so the skin can breathe. The same goes with the small panties like part at her sides.
She wears armor on her legs as well. It consist of three parts, the upper with the same pattern part as the thin fabric on her belly. The rest of armor is crimson red and shiny. She wears simple black boots with no heel so she won't harm the hollows while riding. (Funny no harm to the hollows ne?)

Characteristics
Nyx ought to be a third seat in sixth division but after the disappearances of the previous Captain and Lieutenant into Hueco Mundo she took his place and her brother as the fourth seat took the place of Lieutenant. She is calm most of the time but can have her moments of emotion. She likes drinking sake with friends but once or twice a month. When it comes to Hyperion she can act as a typical older sister, she is only older by a minute.
During the time she worked as the third seat she was a careless rebel with no intentions of ever being normal. She suffered the same thing as her brother did. After gaining Shikai she went crazy and doesn't even remember it. Upon gaining Bankai it got better, but under pressure or strong emotions it sometimes still happen to her.
After the disappearance, she as the new Captain, founded a group of strong individuals known as The Hollow Riders. She couldn't bear the lost of her beloved Captain Byakuya Kuchiki and so with a help of Technical Bureau she developed modified hollows. They look like hollows but they are missing the hole and behavior. These hollow don't have the urge of killing and consume reishi only from non living things. Nyx's favorite Hollow is called Angelica (the same as the horse from her previous life, she was a rodeo rider). Angelica is absolutely obedient and loyal but has her weakness and that´s Hyperion. She is often jealous of people around him and also is quite overprotective of him.
The group of Hollow Riders with the permission of the Sotaicho often make trips to Hueco Mundo as to make sure the balance is in it´s best, but for Nyx it´s also an opportunity to search for her lost captain. She often disappears for a long time and then appears again as she makes trips on her own. While on her own secret trip she never wears a haori so she is less visible to residents of Hueco Mundo. Her squad and group is used to this kind of behavior.
She loves poking fun at people when in a good mood and that is the sign that she's in good mood. When She is in really bad mood she is unusually silent and glares a lot.

Abilities
Kido:
She is a strong Kido user and is capable of using even the more difficult larger numbers. She doesn't use it often though.

Zanjustsu & Hakuda:
Unpredictable, swift, and nearly unbeatable when in combo with Angelica or Hype
Specializes in jumps and kicks, much as TaeKwonDo in the real world.

Use of the zanpakuto:
She posses two kinds of strength with her zanpakuto. Agility with the right hand that has no armor and the strength goes for the left hand with armor on. She often switches hands in order to defend or attack.

Shunpo:
Weaker than her brother but basically the same level as stronger lieutenants. The weakest among captains. She helps herself by using Angelica. Her shunpo skill gets better in Bankai.

Zanpakuto:
Name: Venom
Long katana with dark metallic blade. The zanpakuto is missing the cross guard of the weapon. The simplest type of katana having only a blade and the grip part. The grip part is a red and black color combination. At the end of the hilt two strap like pendants can be found.

Shikai:

Release Phrase: Dokueki Zuruzurususumu (Slither, Venom!)
As Senbonzakura had a strong influence of Nyx´s zanpakuto development her shikai is quite similar. After calling the release phrase a green light aura appears the blade then disappears and transforms into green drops of venom circling around Nyx making it difficult for the opponent to get near. She also has ability to change a type of the venom according to upper release phrase. (Snake venom, platypus venom, even some types of chemicals like vitriol acid)

Bankai:

Release Phrase: Doukei Seidai (Grand Venom)
When activating bankai a huge basilisk with no teeth, but with a skin able to shoot long thin needles full of deadly poison appears. It looks like the Green Bamboo Snake, which is extremely poisonous, invisible in it´s surroundings as it can merge with it by creating a mimicry. Nyx and only few close friends of hers have the antidote for the unique venom.

Zanpakuto spirit:
Venom is a tall, even taller than Nyx, slim but well built young man with hair similar to the gorgon Medusa. The bright green strands looking like a snake tails are set up in a high ponytail that goes up to his waist. He has Black yellow eyes with thin snake like pupils. He doesn't have legs but the lower part of his body is formed into a huge long snake tail also bright green with some black and yellow stripes here and there. His torso is always naked so the well built but slim figure comes out nicely. He has a big tattoo of a moon with one star on his left part of chest as a tribute to his master Nyx (Nyx means goddess of night). The only thing he wears is similar armor as Nyx wears on the lower part of the arm (elbow down) but his are silver green yellow.
Venom is loyal but can be tease He often encircles Nyx with his tail claiming her his. He's a cocky and a bit arrogant womanizer and macho.But as soon as he knows the person better he becomes a really loud big mouthed rascal. His hobby is imitating others. The only thing that can´t be imitated by him are the leg actions which really pisses him of. (If you want to piss him of ask him for step dance)
When angry he can call the acid rain on his own and also shoot the needles from his fingertips.
