First of all I have to say: When I saw this picture I was totally stunned and I love this image of Absol.
I really love the idea of this strong blue colour; it's beautiful. Furthermore, I like your style- the way you do the shading and the highlighting is awesome. It adds a great perspective to this picture. The outlines are very strong which I really enjoy at Pokémon pictures. Although the background is just 'simple' it's a good choice as it is a good contrast to the Absol but still the colour matches. In addition to the that the pose is not very common and I suppose it must've hard to paint like this, so you get my respect for that. I think with this picture you present the elegance of Absol which is the reason why I love it and admire your work. Well done.

The shades of blue are beautiful and I like how the background looks kind of like ice, with the sort of ice fractal shapes. The white dots look good too. Finally, nice Absol-y pose and pretty eyes.
