You don't seem very dead to me, also your expression doesn't convey any negative emotions, any torment, any self torture, just a smile and bright eyes that are not shining because of tears of pain or frustration, but of joy.
You may say that you are "hiding" your true emotions so that you may seem brave and strong to the ones around you, but from the way that you are trying, and failing, to seem innocent from the way you are clasping your hands in the "traditional" and cliche "I'm innocent, trust me." way and how you are leaning towards the camera, drawing attention to your hair and eyes, instead of using body language to communicate tells me a great deal of things.
In conclusion, the only real reason that I can see for you to have uploaded this picture is to draw compliments to yourself, especially to your really well kept pink hair, which may I add wouldn't have been so well kept or even pink if you were "dead" as you claim you are or were having an emotional breakdown.
