Master Cyclonis, from the TV show Storm Hawks.

Even though looking back on the cartoon it does seem a bit...goofy and quite childish at times, but I only just saw the cartoon just to watch the villain of the show, Master Cyclonis. I think she's an incredibly evil but badass character because she's not some old hag clinging onto her empire, she's always looking to expand her influence as well as her empire throughout Atmos (the setting of the show).

This was extremely annoying to make, just when I was about to put the final touches on this picture the image just suddenly expired. My reaction was like this: [link]
So I had to do it all over again from scratch.

I think it's a alright piece of work, I don't think it's bad or anything.
