Description
A lone scarred cyborg tech-pirate hailing from the vast wasteland, his name is known by many as Tha Whoppah! Legend said he lost his arm, leg and face when he attempted to seize a mighty militarized fortress by himself, he managed to successfully capture it and defend it for over 30 days with only a rocket laucher and a large cache of napalm. Scavenging the technology of the place he crafted himself a robotic arm, a machine gun peg-leg and a mask to help him speak, and from then on has been spotted in many areas of the wasteland, no doubt refining and augmenting himself to become the greatest tech-pirate there ever was!---
Based on 's persona, this was really fun to draw up!

The funny thing is, as far as I'm aware, the whole "nar" thing started off as a joke about how Whopper said "no" in his accent. It's fascinating to see how far that spread.
You've made a really cool interpretation of his persona character. The placement of the speakers on his mask is a nice touch.

I always liked to imagine that was how pirates in the old days used to say "no", hence the tech-pirate backstory.
Thanks man, originally the mask was going to look more like a gas mask and have a lot of tubes going down into his neck and chest, but I dropped it in favour of the current design.
