Just testing out the loading screen right now. I'm having trouble getting the numbers to show up.Angelic Layer and base image belong to CLAMP.
I re-drew this image and made everything else.
This is going to be the loading screen for the Angelic Layer doll maker I'm working on.

Um......That is hard to say. OTL I have so much stuff to work on, and there's a lot of programming for this game to be done. Hm...I tell ya what, I'll focus on doing a bunch more of the art this week, and will try to have a short demo up by the end of the month, so stay tuned. ^^

Nice! So the numbers show up on the little gold plate down the bottom, yeah...? If you're doing this on flash, I know there are tutorials for loading bars everywhere, there's bound to be one that might give you a clue on how to fix that particular problem. :/ Actionscript can be a b*tch.

possibly, try adding some little blip of an animation afterwards or something to see whether the numbers work then...

That is an absolutely beautiful loading screen. Not only is the main image a piece of art in it's own right, the variation in the cloud effect is smooth and mesmerizing to watch.
I can't wait to see this when you get closer to completion, it's going to be a truly stunning project.

Yay! I am glad I did well on the steam. I went through tons of tutorials, but none of them were very helpful, so I had to play around with it myself taking only a few tips from them.
I did trace the main piece from the manga, though, since I want it to be the product represented in it. I'll need to search more in order to find better images of the rest of the equipment.

It really is very well done. I love how smoothly the steam is animated.
That's a task and a half in itself! There's a lot of work just doing the initial searching, not even adding in the time required to get everything into a form that you can use!

Too right. I was searching through the first chapter of the comic when I realized that there was more equipment used than I had thought. I can do most of it pretty easily, but the place where the stats go will be hard, since I'm not sure what it asks for specifically...If I thought it would work, I'd try to get ahold of CLAMP themselves. -__-
