Adopt T.O.S.Making this due to some rules staying put and tired of people ignoring my rulez for my adopts and customs! So whatever rulez that are in here are the OFFICIAL rulez!!!!Ignoring them or not following them will put you on the blacklist or greylist! No ands, it's, or buts!!!!So please respect my rulez, some might be added as my rulez change from time to time depending on my T.O.S. on my adopts and customs are still WIP, but ones in here are the LEGITIMATE ones to follow!!I'll make another T.O.S. journal once I believe I've got reasonable rulez to post said journal in the description to all of my adopts and customs. But for now this version of T.O.S. will be in the description to all of my adopts and customs with my WIP rulez, but I will not have them in this list due to them not being OFFICIAL!Anyways here's the OFFICIAL rulez for both adopts and customs!!!! YOU WILL FOLLOW THEM OR GET REPORTED AND BLACKLISTED!!!!RULEZ:1.) Credit me for the design 2.) Don't repost my art anywhere without my consent! You can post your own art of the adopt/com, but ask me first before reposting anything that I've made please!3.) Don't take heavy inspiration from my designs or trace and repost claiming you made it nor reposting the original art after downloading it and claiming it as yours! This'll be an immediate blacklist and report!4.) No reselling or trading, etc. If you don't want the design anymore just give it back and I'll rehome them myself so I can keep track of the design! Unless if it's an exclusive adopt!5.) If it's an exclusive adopt just press the resell button but no higher than bought! No randomly drawing the adopt for "extra" art just to boost the price or you will be reported and blacklisted. But if the resell button isn't there then let me know and I'll resell them myself!6.) Not selling adopts to someone who doesn't have anything on their profiles (despite having something in their favorites and for being 2 months+ old!) Sorry, just not trusting people who doesn't draw their ocs after buying them and have nothing in their gallery. In some cases it makes me uncomfortable to find them selling the ocs after getting them elsewhere and not doing anything with their ocs... ;(7.) Please give me proof that you draw any of your ocs and not have anything in your gallery and just buying them just to turn around and sell it higher for no "extra" art or randomly and sloppily drew them and try to claim it as "extra" art for once that doesn't count and try selling them for a higher price. I want these ocs to have a good home and not collect dust for days and never get used.8.) No pedophile, zoophile, etc that might make me uncomfortable. Got a question on what fetishes are ok to do then go ahead and ask! Might make a journal on what fetishes are ok and what ones are a big fat NO in the future.9.) NSFW and gore is alright!10.) No breeding my ocs please! If you wish to breed my ocs with yours just ask for a collab otherwise the answer is a big fat NO! I saw someone do this before in the past by breeding someone else's ocs without consent or anything when I first started out!11.) No fusion adopts with my designs either! (Debating on this too! Been talking to her about this too and might become a legit rule in the future but for now it'll be like rule 10.) Will be greylist to blacklist depending on how many times you try doing it.12.) No buying for those on my blacklisted nor greylisted people! Nor trading or gifting either! Those who are on my greylist will have so many chances to redeem themselves, until they get on my last nerve and will be moved to my blacklist! Blacklist!!!Please don't buy, trade or gift any of my designs to anybody on this list or you'll be added!!!Some of them done wrong when adopting or has nothing in their gallery despite being 2+ months old! For those who are the ones with no art in your gallery despite being a 2+ months old don't take this personally, it's just that I have trust issues nowadays and don't want someone who has literally nothing in their gallery wishing to adopt or "adopt" (collectors who then turn around and resells from those they buy from for more than what they bought with or without "extra" art and doesn't credit the real creator of said oc or adopt for a higher price!)Besides I like seeing my ocs and adopts go to good homes instead of being sold off as "theirs" for once I'm the original creator unless otherwise (adopted ocs from others with credit ofc!), so yeah...please at least show proof that you draw or write stories or both or do something at least! Note, having things in your favorites doesn't count! Got a notification from somebody who's commented that aside from browsing their gallery and profile for any art, stories, etc and found none despite being 11 months old for a DA account! If it's a DTA, freebie, etc that doesn't have cash or points on any of my adopts then it means it's free for crying out loud!Anyways here's my blacklist and reasons for why they're on it!BLACKLIST:Mrs-Jiggly: Was very rude to me in about something a long time ago which I don't remember, but all I could remember is that they were VERY rude towards me for no reason.MezairPlush: Was literally a drama queen about an oc I sold to her even though they weren't for sale. Sold my oc that my friend said to go ahead to sell so they don't get pissed at me and clearly doesn't know anime! Said oc was anime themed based off of Black Butler and it appears they don't watch anime and hated my ideas for my oc that I sold to them and tried making me into their art slave since I had multiple forms for my oc aside from an oc trade she had with me and didn't want said oc anymore before shoving my ocs back at me finally. Not a friendly person at all despite making plushies of ponies.Faiththespiritguaran: Is literally asking me which ocs are free due to not being "able" to use real money and has nothing in their gallery despite being 11 months old of an account!MariaKarpova123: Literally chews me out over a color palette that their oc or adopt shares and thinks they own said colors for once they don't! Colors, manes, etc CANNOT be owned! As long as the design has differences then it's fine to use said colors and they don't understand this! Calling me rude for overreacting over colors from their oc or adopt! Doesn't know how to stay calm during the whole conversation and taking in my opinion on the subject matter. I bet I can come up with the exact same colors at some point myself when making fusions or breeding grids, etc and getting pissed off like some little child having a tantrum for not getting their way with things isn't going to help anybody! I saw differences in the adopt I bought compared to theirs and it's fine since there's very little inspiration and/or similarities in design. As long as the design is different then why bark for no reason? There's nothing wrong in inspiration (not too heavy ofc) and using the same colors/color palette no matter where ya got it or made/etc and complaining about it isn't going to fix it. I tried being nice to them, but they refused to think about it and see it through my eyes, never buy from them or anything unless you feel like being screamed at over nothing.
