Description
Demi-angels' wing sizes and shapes are just as varied as that of birds. The most common type is the "traditional" angel shape (top left), with a prominent bend in the wrist and long flight feathers (though there are many variations of this shape alone). Wings like an eagle's or hawk's (mid left) are ideal for soaring. Long, narrow wings (bottom left) such as a falcon's are ideal for speed and dives. Elliptical wings (top right) allow short bursts of speed and high maneuverability. Seabird wings (bottom right) are very long and narrow, and allow soaring for long periods of time. They are much more dependent on the wind, so if you have these kinds of wings, you had best learn to manipulate wind currents. Some demi-angels have very uniquely shaped wings, like Violet, whose wings are butterfly-shaped (though still feathered).

I don't see why not. They're just different bird wings, except for the first one (which is based on typical angel art) and the butterfly one.
I've seen other concept art of winged humans with different wing shapes on DeviantART and Pinterest. You could try some other references, too.

So, does this mean that I may borrow the concept? I mean, that's what I meant. I love the way the butterfly-wings look.

This seems like the same concept, so it's not mine.

I love the way this came out. Would it be possible for you to do one with owl's wings?

Sure. Owl wings are usually similar to eagle wings. Either that or elliptical

Thanks! Try using the wings of the Barn Owl in particular.
