I had to draw her with a reference because i COULD NOT remember how her little skirt goes...The characters of Panty and Stocking are so unique. I've been addicted to this series - along with Adventure Time - for the past couple weeks and it is just WEIRD and CRAZY and the animation is unparalleled to anything we have here in the U.S.
Because Japan is cooler is so many ways. ;__;
