You know how I talked about the Elite Excabot being controlled by Matrixo? It's not unique to just that Elite Prismbot. Every single Elite Prismbot was FULLY under control of Matrixo. And yes. They all had sentience. To be honest, basically every Prismbot had sentience. But being in the spot of CEO and having easy access to a core that can connect to every single cybernetic mind that belongs to each Prismbot, Matrixo had no issues.

But you might be saying "isn't the opening quote implying that the Elite Bladebot, AKA Novablade, got out of Matrixo's control?". And you're correct. But for me to explain that, I must start from the beginning.

Perfect Matrixo has been defeated. The 7 Prismbots sigh in relief. Sure, Perfect Matrixo just killed a lot of the Floram human population and Prismbots, but hey: the 7 heroes can definitely solve that issue.

But then, they got killed by the reaper's drill, having their robotic insides spread across the ground. And so, due to the heroes that had pieces of the [DATA UNAVAILABLE] dying...Floram fell into despair.

Wait. What? It already was in despair after Matrixo killed a lot of people? Ah. Gotcha.

So yeah, Floram was now post-apocalyptic
And one of the survivors was your totally beloved TankOpsBot, Proeli. Of course, seeing what Perfect Matrixo(he's like 500 feet tall due to the many limbs) did, he was pretty shocked. But then he decided to do something about it and hopped into his tank, getting ready to minimize the akount of casualties-
And then the Elite Excabot stopped his tank while it was at top speed, causing a dent in the front. With ease, the Elite Excabot punched a hole in the tank and pulled Proeli out of the tank. And then...

Proeli's face was drilled in. The Excabot dropped the sparking and limp body and dashed away, needing to do the same to the robots fighting Matrixo. And so, Proeli died.....if a certain Droidbot and Merchantbot(hey, someone needs to run the shops) didn't come to his rescue. The spherical Vaultio and coin-shaped Luxuri(don't worry; her drawing is coming soon) dragged their dying friend to shelter and luckily saved him, thanks to Luxuri selling spare parts. But Proeli changed. His happy go-lucky personality turned into the personality of your local generic edgy anime protagonist.

Now you might be wondering: where bladebot

Well, you see, Proeli decided to make a makeshift portal to let his friends(and himself, if possible) escape Floram. So he explored the apocalypatic world to find the neccessary parts...realizing that he would need to destroy the Elite Prismbots. Every single one. Since each one had a part needed. And so, he did so, fighting a gigantic parasitic worm, the Elite Solarbot, the Elite Wastebot, a mutant egg-shooting zombie, the Elite Lunarbot, the Elite Defendbot, the CADTOP, the Power GAT, the Elite Discobot, the Big Swell Robot, and penultimately...Novablade.

And conveniently(or inconveniently, depends on your liking of warm places), the fight between Proeli and the Elite Bladebot happened on the scaffolding of a lava rig(imagine an oil rig but it's built over a wide-ass volcano and it uses lava as power). But during this fight, Proeli hit Novablade in a certain way that deactived the mind control chip.

Yeah, Matrixo was a bit too cocky with the mind control system attempt that he never thought that a regular Prismbot would survive long enough nor would they actually hit an Elite Prismbot in the certain way. Now what certain way was it? N o .
But yeah, due to Novablade coming back in control, the "all-powerful knight" personality was lost from him. And he felt fear for the first time. Why? Well, Proeli was in a somewhat menacing pose with his edgy metallic cloak covering up his face, thus making his eyes glow scarily harsh at Novablade. Oh yeah, they were also above a volcano that could melt them down within 5 seconds, tops.

So yeah, Novablade ran away. He ran, ran, and ran. All the way back to the hanger he collected mission logs from Matrixo(Ueah, you thought Matrixo actually died? Fuck no.). And there, he had a mental breakdown and existential crisis. It happens when you figure out you were never the brave knight who was honorable and heroic you thought you were for the entirety of your artificial life.

But luckily...Novablade decided something. That he could be the knight that he thought he was. He will just need to do a few things. Which included defeating Matrixo. And so, he began to fix the spare parts of his fallen Elite Prismbots(he collected the spare parts as part of his brave knighthood), stopped the fight between Proeli and the Elite Excabot, gave Proeli the two last parts the TankOpsBot needed for the portal, and eventually made his own portal.
