Oh, you panicked me there for a moment...I thought that I was going to have to take this down. So 1.) It's sorta like a moan...if I can remember the definition it's kinda like a pleasure from the pain you get or something...
2.) The joke is that he got pleasure from the pain when he was bit...so he made a weird noise that made Tank make a weird reaction. I hope this made it a bit clearer. (Don't worry I didn't get at first either.)
