Anyone who's played as a Vanguard or played multiplayer has run into this problem at one time or another. This was actually the first time I'd ever seen it since I don't ever use Vanguard class outside of multiplayer (because nothing beats taking out an Atlas mech WITH YOUR FACE) but the moment it happened we all couldn't help but crack up due to the almost Family Guy reference made.I don't remember what my class or the second one was so I just substituted in two that look different enough from the Infiltrator and Asari. You can also tell I couldn't be assed to look too hard for reference here. Regardless, kudos to the gals (and dude) I played with that night: you guys were the funnest party I've been in since.

I've seen this happen a couple of times. It actually helped my squad clear a Silver level, I think.

I think there was a Vanguard that was stuck in this position and taking all of the Atlas' attention as I finished it off from behind.

Ha! Oh god! I remember this happening to me a couple times on my Drellguard. I flew miles above the map and it had to take me at least two rounds to die. I guess my people really needed me back on Kahje or something.

Yeah, I had the worst luck with the demo and haven't tried since the actual game came out! (Maybe I'll try it now.)

If you've got an Xbox, I'd be happy to play with you! Really, sometimes you just have to play enough to find a fun group.
I know I had one guy who was a bit of an asshat (which was actually the only one who's given me trouble). I was trying to level up my Sentinel from lvl 1, he started complaining about how I should pick something else so I wouldn't be a burden to everyone else. I would have understood if we were attempting Silver or something, but at a random Bronze match up... GAMING IS SRS BEANZ =/

Yeah I hate it when that happens! I only know how to be an adept, can only survive as an adept, and can't play as anything else. (Biotics FTW) Even so, I don't tend to function well under fire and a lot of people just can't seem to understand that...

Haha trust me, I'm nowhere near as good a shooter as I'd like to be. I have good and bad days and it's just a matter of getting better the more you do it (like anything else). Just don't take it too seriously and have fun.

My character got into this state where he was just bouncing the whole time. then got stuck .

I had that happen to me recently. I floated off the krogan MP and ended up beneath it. what was weird was I could still effect things with my nova blasts.

XD, that happened to me a couple times of Firebase White, at the landing area.
Had to sit through a couple rounds before some enemies showed up.

Related incident. I was once in a game where the entire team was running in circles around the reactor, trying to find the last enemy, and it turned out it was some poor Assault Trooper floating in the air, unable to move at all. )': Judging from his pose, I think he had been trying to descend from an upper level with his rocket boots but things hadn't gone as planned. Our guns couldn't damage him at all but some random skill finally took him down.

I've mostly heard it happening to Vanguards. I didn't know it happened to other classes, though I have no doubt there are other glitches.
Gotta LOVE that when it happens. XD I had a similar thing happen once and the game didn't even tell us where he was. 3 of us were running around looking for the last enemy until one of us realized the 4th person (who didn't have a mic) was trying to snipe him from where he'd gotten stuck on the landing pad in Noveria. XD

Multiplayer is addicting and it kept me sated until I had the actual game in hand. Then it was nothing BUT the actual story mode until near the end and I needed to get my Galactic Readiness up.
....for what good that did me. >__>

I love to biotic charge and I've yet to have this happen directly to me, but oh god if there isn't a small, niggling part of me that thinks WHAT IF--? everytime I use this power XD
