Here's an attempt at making a 2 point perspective house tutorial. I don't think this exactly follows what my Art teacher explained, but.... oh well.
I didn't know what to write while doing this, so thats why there is no explanation in the tutorial.

Now I shall TRY to explain here:
WARNING: Explanation doesn't exactly fit the tutorial pic

- Draw a Eye Level View cube (include all 4 corners)

- Make diagonals (like in circle tutorial) on one of the walls in the front and on the opposite side

- Make 2 VERTICAL lines go through the bisecting diagonals.
For the line in the front wall, make it continue over the to where you want the tip of the roof to be. Make a line go from the tip to the vanishing point (line must go on same path as the front and back square).
The line in the back wall must continue to the line going to the vanishing point. You have just created the tip of the roof for the back.

- On the front wall, make a line on each side going to the tip of the front part of the roof. On the ADJACENT VISIBLE wall, make a line going from the top corner (one without a line) to the tip of the back part of the roof. You have just created your roof and the basic part of the house. DO NOT ERASE ANYTHING YET!

- The red lines are the details (and the lines going to the vanishing point). All the details you draw (i.e door, window, etc) must have a vanishing point!

- Erase all the unwanted lines (and maybe redraw the wanted lines in a darker shade)

I recommend you to take basic drafting lessons to get a better understanding of this.
