I decided again to draw a dress Hope you like it (You can change the colors if you want ^^')

All you have to do is to design a new costume of one of my OCs shown below (In traditional or digital, neither is preferred)

1st place : 220 points and a 3 pictures drawn by me (note the pictures above are not made by me)
2nd place : 110 points and 2 pictures drawn by me
3rd place : 7
