I don't know if the girl's name is really Shio, some say it's Chiot but that's what I know, based on Gods Eater Burst on PSP.Anyway, the clothes and concept are based on the 'Lethal Set' from Tinierme. The bg is akahitoha, also based on TM, just removed the leaves.
This is my 3rd digital art so I'm still learning and discovering how to do these things.
