This pic is actually based on the fanfic Ki-Blind, by Sholio The fic was pulled from FFN because of negative feedback when her job forced her to stop writing it, which is a crying shame because even the unfinished product was head and shoulders above the rest as far as pure quality goes. However, you can still find it at [link] but you have to scroll down through the alphabetised list and look for 'Sholio'.

The actual plot of the fic is complicated, and I wouldn't want to give too much away and spoil it for people, but the gist of this scene is that the Videl of another universe died as a child and took up training in Heaven with an also-dead Goku.
