Why are so many demon characters named Lilith, I get that Lilith is the mother of demons in some mythology but in most others she's the serpent in Eden

I don't know everyone else's reasoning. To me, the name sounds both youthful and biting. When I looked up demon names, it said she was one from Jewish mythology, so I thought it was fitting enough.
