so like, she has a contract with the insanity devil, when she wants to use it, she basically asks the devil to lend her some of it's power, and she gains superstrength and speed, and also has the ability to make bubbles from the palms of her hands that melt anything it touches!! when she's also using the powers, she looks and goes batshit crazy, hence the insanity in the devil

in return for these powers, lizz gave her sanity away. slowly, day by day, she becomes less sane. one day, eventually, she'll snap, although it is unknown when.
