Blockade Runner SchematicJust about to begin work on the concept art proper for our first online Military Sci-Fi webcomic, Colony, but I decided I needed some last quick practice in presenting Google SketchUp models, so I downloaded a ship model from the 3D Warehouse, an excellent model of a Blockade Runner from Gribouille, found here,

And then ported it to Photoshop where I shaded and coloured it and arranged it for presentation as a ship schematic. It was just a short test to see if I could do it and it came out rather well I thought but I reckon it'll still be helpful to check out some colouring tutorials for Google SketchUp.

Cheers! I'd love to take the credit but most of it goes to the modeller that made the ship, I just posed it and messed around in Photoshop with it.

well the presentation is key and you executed it perfectly. so some credit does go toward you in my opinion
