No blood flow. 
On most zombie movies and tv shows, I'll see a zombie and go "Oh, damn. That one used to be hot." It's kind of a tragedy. Here, I just got a notion to see what zombifying a hot 3D model would get me. Not bad. I don't have the resources for bones sticking out, though, that'd probably drop him a couple more notches. But back when I played WoW, I liked to sexually harass the jawless undead players by suggesting there was a benefit to having no bottom teeth.

To me, it's sci-fi, where anything is possible! Special zombies who suck the blood from a guy who has just taken Cialis, or Viagra, suddenly finds himself with an erection and an urge not only to eat, but be eaten...in the right way!!

Y'know what, there very well may be a solution. I haven't played in a while, but there may be a quest or something to go kill 10 alchemists and collect 10 magical Viagra.
