I'm sure this must have been done before... although I can't find a Pooh version...For a better world
Obviously I own NO rights to use, modify, distribute etc either the iconic OBEY concept, or pictures of poor old Pooh, even his disneyfied caricature...
I think Bristol may be seeing more of this
Some versions in the wild: [link]

Not bad, but if you want to get better it's best to make your own shit to develop a style rather than modifying old shit. It can be seen as biting.

A bite lightly chewed... it was justa whim, hardly an attempt at originality... The whole point of this is its derivative nature.
I generally try and develop substance, and let the style flow on its own

The (good) Shep F. Would have been in deep trouble... I don't think Disney would have taken too kindly to this becoming a popular image...
But yeah... careful, or He'll ste the Heffalumps on you!

Cheers
Just today I saw another take on it in an exhibition opening- the clasic Andre stencil, with 'E-BAY'
There are sooo many takes on it...

Huh, but the original Shepard Fairey one with Andre...while it is iconic is just fucking ugly.

Yeah, suppose... but you gotta be impressed with it's dispersal... which is it's purpose. Or at least, what he stated it's purpose as...

Prolly because he has money to travel.I get the impression that he does not share the common economic troubles of the average street artist. Even before he got discovered I get feeling he came from money.

Hmm... Wouldn't supprise me... but thts not so un-usual for a 'breakthrough' artist like that... Banksy was never exactly short of pocket money growing up either...

On re-viewing, I can't help but notice the vampire teeth. And now I can't unsee them.
